Good experience with David, I purchased a BMW AMG 5 door and am very pleased. I had a very small issue that couldn't be helped with a sensor, and he fixed a slow puncture at the time as well. I've waited a while before I left this review as I wanted to be sure nothing went wrong before I did, and so far so good.

My wife and I booked an appointment to view a car late on a Saturday and we found the whole experience to be fantastic, so much so we drove our new car away that day. All the paperwork was in order and on offer for us to see. We took the car for a test drive and loved it. I highly recommend visiting the showroom if passing to see what's on offer. We found our car was great value for money too.

We visited Davis James August bank holiday weekend. we were able to look around without being bothered by salesman just trying to sell us a car. We were looking at all the ones we were interested in the C180 saloons. When we were ready to ask questions Dave answered them by not just trying to sell what he wanted but gave us good options on our choices. We chose a silver C180 and after a test drive we struck a deal. This included a 3 month everything covered warranty. After about a month we did have trouble with a flat battery. Dave said to bring it back and he would check it out, The car wouldn't start but Dave just came and got it, took it to his garage and checked it out fitting a new battery. This was very refreshing as normally second hand car dealers don't care after they have your money but this is not the case with Dave. I would defiantly recommend Davis James for cars.

OMG What a Top Car Dealer I always say that customer service goes a long way but David James takes it to a whole new level. Brought a car on the Saturday the 6TH looked great done the deal left that day with car but noticed on the way home my electric mirror indicators where not working. After a few emails David had offered to come down to me 120 mile round trip including tolls at Dartford to sort the problem for me. Next day my car was back all fixed even after heavy snow fall over night. I had to come on here straight away to give a honest review as there are not that many decent Dealerships out there to be honest. In the Future I most certainly be giving David James a call first before I look any where else first. Thank You David James's
