Had a great time finding out about car deals and managed to book my first car with ease. The staff are very friendly and professional at the same time. They give you enough information but never push you to buy a car which is a great thing. The staff really take pride in representing the brand. Their technical advancement in processing sales are commendable. Rest assured. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking to go for Ford vehicles.

Dealt with Jay initially who really spent a lot of time going through the cars and the specs. After deciding I wanted a new car I was then handed over to Mo from the new cars department as Jay only specialised in used cars. Mo was also as equally amazing as Jay in going through the variety of cars available and specs. Thanks to the two indivuals I am officially a proud owner of a Ford Fiesta. Want a new car? Mo’s your guy Want a used car? Jay’s your guy Couldn’t of been happier and I definitely recommend Trust Ford Dagenham!

I have great experience with used car staff as well staff in services. Always friendly and helpful. Keeping me up to date when car goes in for servicing and MOT.

DO NOT EVER TRUST FORD bunch of lists, cheats. I ordered a new custom on scrappage. After salesman Alastair was rude to me and ignored 11 emails.. I complained to manager Clare. Who clubed together with alaister, cancelled my order. Refused me the scrappage deal and 7 months later I have no van and they have my deposit. 29 messages left for Clare to call me.. totally ignored.. I’m beginning legal action.

Big garage syndrome, cant really bother to go the extra mile, or any miles at all actually. overall it made buying a used car delightfully difficult in every regard.
