Absolutely disgusting customer service from Kia. I have been dealing with an issue with my alloy wheels corroding on what is essentially an almost brand-new car, through no fault of my own, and this has now been dragging on for THREE YEARS.nnI have taken the car back FOUR times and every single time I’m told someone will call me back within 48 hours. Guess what? They never do. I’m constantly the one chasing them. Promise after promise and no action.nnThe issue with the wheels is bad enough, but the way I’ve been treated as a customer has been even worse. There seems to be no communication, no ownership of the complaint, and no respect for my time.nnAfter spending good money on a Kia, I expected much better. I certainly didn’t expect years of being ignored and repeatedly let down. Very disappointing experience and I would seriously question whether customer care matters at all.

Fantastic help and supportive. Jeff was a pleasure to deal with. Jeff took time to explain the whole process, the expected timescales etc. He connected my phone and explained the features of which there are many in an easy understandable manner.

Rob, Dennis and Chris in the sales team really work together to provide a thorough and seamless customer experience. They are each  knowledgeable about the vehicles and sales process, responsive to telephone and email enquiries and very professional to deal with. I am very pleased with my EV5 and would recommend both the vehicle and the sales team at Kia East London.

We had a fantastic experience at this dealership, all thanks to Jeff. From the moment we arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and extremely helpful. He made sure we understood every step of the process and didn’t rush us at all.nnJeff went through all the details clearly and answered every question before we even had to ask.
