Alex was absolutely incredible. She was always so kind and friendly and always tried her hardest to make my appointments convenient for me. I actually enjoyed going to appointments just to speak to her again. The receptionists however were sometimes quite rude and didn't listen to what I was trying to tell them even after my parents trued to clarify. Alex definitely made up for this. She was the absolute best!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this practice regardless of you are NHS patient or private. The staff have no respect for customers. My son had an appointment booked for today at 4pm and we just received a cancellation text message less than 4 hours before the appointment. This is unacceptable especially when my 13 year old son had a school trip planned for today and did not go because of this appointment. We have called you 3 times last week and you re-confirmed his appointment on every occasion. Having a “staff shortage” today is understandable but texting us past midday it utterly shocking and disgraceful. My son will be heartbroken.

Wow when I walked in I knew this place would be excellent. This amazing place has very very clean surfaces. Whenever I need a quick treatment I just ring them up and they are free and ready to treat me. I can see the impact of the treatment a week after going there. If you are wondering where to get your treatment this is the goto spot.

I’m so happy with how wonderfully I was treated by Alexandra she is like a ray of sunshine. Always comforting always professional always smiley. She makes patients feel comfortable, reassured and happy. The receptionists and other orthodontists here are also such lovely people.

My daughter had to use them. And they cancelled appointments so many times and are useless at at answering calls. They never pick up the phone.

My son had his braces removed today by Robyn. She has been in assistance from the start of his treatment, she is always professional, helpful, caring and above all tenacious so I so was pleased she was the trainee to take the braces out she lived up to all of the above and more. To all future patients you are in good hands!  Would like to say a massive thankyou to all the team for your friendly and helpful service everytime.

I am so delighted with the service and the treatment here. The Office Manager Kalsoom is so friendly & helpful offering support and making sure that appointments are after school whenever she can. Great to have a surgery open late. Both my teenage boys have had their braces here and I would highly recommend. Thank you!

I'm so thankful for my nice straight teeth! The staff are all so friendly and place is well kept. My orthodontist is great! She's so lovely and professional. Reception team is helpful with appointments. I would highly recommend the practice.

I have had a very pleasant experience with Watford orthodontics. Under the care of Dr Gill, my teeth have completely transformed. Before I started, I was extremely conscious of them, now I am proud to show them and feel much more confident. All the staff are friendly, warm and welcoming and I highly recommend this orthodontist to anybody without a doubt.

I have been visiting Dr Gill for several years. Now just annual checks. As I am at the end of treatment I can say that the end result is better than I ever imagined to be. No more croocked teeth, just nice and straight teeth! Brilliant customer service, professional and friendly approach of all staff at the clinic made the whole experience a lot more pleasurable. I could not recommended Watford Orthodontics more and ifI could give more stars I would!
