"The practice is extremely well established and its origins date back to the 1940s. During the 1960s another practice located on the lower high street in the town centre, opened its doors to local residents, only to merge with what is now Cassio Road Dental Practice back in 1982. Since then the practice has evolved into what you see today; a modern environment; upholding traditional values for patient care.We have owned the practice since 2006 and in order to enhance our reputation, have invested in extensive refurbishment, creating spacious facilities in addition to the existing free parking that we had.Cassio Road is conveniently located within walking distance from Watford Town Centre and all local amenities."

Cassio Road Dental has been providing excellent work for many years now but they are not complacent.  Appointment reminders can be sent by text or email or even a brief personal call.  The whole of the administration is managed by a very professional and helpful office manager and this is reflected in the excellent front of health staff.  The equipment used is kept up to date and I find the expertise of all the dentists and hygienists to be first class.  They should all be proud of what they have built here and for the support of a huge number of local patients.

I had been given an emergency appointment within 48 hours to see a dentist. I saw a Dr Patel not my regular dentist due to sustaining a cracked tooth over the Christmas period. . He assessed what had happened , took remedial action and explained what possible longer term outcomes there might be. The service was fantastic , thanks very much.

Absolutely spot on service! The reception team are very good and always pleasant to deal with. Jyoti Chadha is an amazing dentist and has been brilliant at every appointment I have had! My recent root canal treatment was pain free and went very smooth! I was very apprehensive at first but I didn't feel a thing!  Top dentist!

I have been a patient at this practice for years and now both my children, everyone from Receptionists to the Dentist are very friendly and polite. I always feel like I am in safe hands. Yesterday, my appointment with the hygienist Diana was lovely, I ended up having some anxiety and had to stop but Diana was so patient and understanding with me and allowed me time to gather my nerves. We are refugees from Ukraine. My wife and I had to visit your dental hospital, although we don't speak English, the doctor and his assistant were able to examine us and prescribe treatment. Since registering with them around two weeks ago, everything has been extremely smooth. I had lots of work done today and they have put my faith back in dentists after having awful and painful experiences in the past. Thank you to everyone at the practice!

Dr Shamil Patel has been nothing but excellent in my on going treatment. His careful explanation of my dental plan options in layman's terms and diligence in execution of said options is a refreshing change from my previous dentist. Although phone lines can get busy the call back system they have inplace means you are very likely to speak to someone quickly. Well done to the administration team. The front desk can be a little "frosty" but they are professional and a decent size car park helps a lot.
