I chose Novocare Dental to complete an implant procedure. It took a few appointments to get everything done and Sonny has proven to be very competent, knowledgeable and professional along the way. He explained every step of the process to me and was always very kind and professional. I’m really happy with the implant and Sonny did his utter best to ensure I was happy with the work done. I also saw the hygienist and she did a great job too. Sonny’s team is brilliant: approachable, kind and professional individuals. I would highly recommend Novocare and will go back for any dental procedure I need next.

My 92 year old father was brought up in an orphanage and when he was sent to the dentist they did not waste money by giving them anaesthetic so he had teeth pulled without any pain relief, barbaric. I registered my Dad with them last year and held his hand when he visited.  I explained his fear to the dentist and she talked him through the treatment at every stage and she kept him calm throughout, what lovely dentists they are, very compassionate. Defiantly 5 star in my book!

Dr Patel doesn’t know how to do her job right I went too see her in March she waited till September too contact me to tell me she couldn’t do my treatment under sedation as the law had changed in January and she only just found out. 
She said don’t shoot the messager once I questioned her 
I then took the matter into my own hand and called other dental surgery’s and they said as I had valid reasons (mental health and anxiety) that I was allowed and another dentist was happy too take me on so I called Dr Patel  back and said could she please sent the paperwork too this surgery so I can get my treatment started only too find out when I get too the new place she had messed up my paperwork !!! 

Now my one of 2 teeth has cracked and left me in pain leaving me feeling really uncomfortable and effecting myself confidence.

Still waiting it’s a joke !!

What an amazing dentist sonny is,after long consideration about having vaneers and doing lots of research,I decided to go ahead and find the money to get 8 veneers done, was very worried about finding the right dentist that knew what they where doing and would do a good job,omg what an amazing job sonny and his lovely assistant did,they put me at ease from the first moment I meet them,I  finally have a beautiful smile that I now love showing off,I would highly recommend this fantastic dentists if you are looking into having this procedure,I don't think you would find better!

Excelant service friendly staff. My wife had chewing problem due to missing back teeth. Now she can chew and smile confidently. Thanks  to the team. Sonny placed implants and  all her chewing problem sort out.
