Horrible. Teeth clearly weren't straight last year and I was told that they were ready to come off. Then two months later my treatment had stalled, to which I was told I would need a tooth removed to make space. This was never brought up in my treatment plan before. I refused then suddenly they said "we can close it without removing a tooth". Which meant that I would have had a tooth removed unecessarily. I've been under three different orthos at this practice, one of them are extremely clumsy, heavy handed and knock teeth when adjusting and taking off rubber bands. My tooth is extremely loose which I believe is due to this appliance and lack of care and my dentist has noted. I've often left the practice with cuts in my mouth, December was the last straw for this and after a complaint I moved orthos within the practice again.  Again I was told that my appliances were ready to come off, however my teeth are still crooked and my bite is off. I am dissatisfied with their service I asked for a refund to which they kept telling me to come in and discuss not realising that I no longer want to do this because I've had enough of this practice. I brought this up again today on the phone after missing an appointment due to health reasons and I was hung up on. Extremely rude practice who do not listen. Avoid at all costs. There are much better practices around, especially if you're a private patient.
