Have had two visits.Both times have found the receptionists friendly and helpful.The hygienist -Udita explained everything really well before the treatment .The second time the dentist-Sushma was also very knowledgeable & arranged a good treatment plan for me.I would highly recommend this dental practice.

The dentist was fantastic but the receptionist (the older one) needs some lessons in customer care. I found her cold and unfriendly. Other than that they would have got 5 stars

Awful service, i have been in agony with tooth that needs to come out, made and emergency appt, was told yes tooth needs to come out but they cant take it out until my regular dentist is back of her 4 weeks holiday. So i was told basically to suffer for 4 weeks. They took money of me for telling me that and regarded as an emergency appt. Extraction is most common thing you do as a dentist so why would you need your own regular dentist to do that, if they can take your money they should also do what needs doing not let the patient suffer. Dirty grotty place, unprofessional service. I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK THERE AGAIN.
