Very disappointed with the service, I was told I had to pay £45 up front to see a hygenist despite receiving benefits, and that I could cancel and receive a full refund 48 hrs before treatment. I have since looked around and  can receive hygiene treatment much cheaper so called to cancel and was informed i can only receive a refund by cheque, even though i paid by card a month early! Even when I informed them this was not practical for me as I live on a narrow boat so do not have a postal address they would not make any compromise. I asked for an explanation as to why they could not refund the card or do a bank transfer and was told it was company policy and I was being rude! I think this is appalling customer service and you really need to rethink your company policy and your staff training, as the manager Carol had a shockingly poor people skills.

Stepped in quickly when another dentist let me down. Fixed a missing filling quickly. Special mention for the nurse who really looked to get rid of those irritating bits that fall into your mouth - great job. My wife will love the TV on the wall in treatment room. Receptionist friendly and dentist informative.

I could not recommend this practice enough. I just finished my almost 2-year-long orthodontic treatment and could not be happier with the results and overall experience. Despite bumping into some challenges throughout the treatment with a couple of teeth not wanting to move into place, it was always a relief to have Dr Patel’s reassurance that he would do as much work as necessary until I felt comfortable with the results. 
Although it’s been a long and at times tedious journey, I’ve always felt well looked after by the whole team, who would even allow me to stay in the patients’ waiting area way before the practice’s opening time prior to my appointments. Overall, excellent customer service and well worth the 1.5 hrs train journey to the practice.

Long waits for an appointment which is normal for a country which has uncontrolled immigration. Reception staff seem helpful and dentists friendly and provide good advice. You lose one star due to the urgent need for hand sanitizers for patients to use when entering and leaving the surgery, this really is an absolute must for dentists and doctors surgeries. Some people are filthy and simply do not wash their hands all day or after using the toilet etc, germs are everywhere and our mouths are open with exposed gums and blood - Please be cleaner.
