Expensive but great range of books for people of all ages. Fun interactive areas for kids to read and play with some of the toys. Staff also check online to see if there as item not in store that can get sent in for you.

If I could go to any waterstones, then this is the one for me. It's not the biggest one in Edinburgh BUT there is just something that makes me like this one best. The staff are all helpful and their range of board games is really cool.

The customer service at this Waterstones is fantastic. The staff are very friendly and they will help you in anyway they can. My favorite Waterstones by far.
