Very ambient and relaxing environment, every corner of the cafe is photogenic and unique. 5 stars for the environment itself. Coffee was okay, would love to try other cake and coffee too.
the latte was good! i appreciate how they don’t charge extra for vegan milk alternatives in your drinks <3 the ambiance is super cosy, plenty of different types of seatings, great place to do work! may be too cosy in some spots hehe. good friendly service too! definitely would come here more in the future :
Love this place, really good food and tea's, coffee's. Relaxed atmosphere, staff very friendly and helpful if having problems connecting to the WiFi. You can come here to meet friends, get work done and chill as well.
I like the Chapter One. Nice atmosphere and usually good coffee and cake. This time around we tried the "Gulf" corner. It is a really nice area inside the shop. Disappointingly, the "arabic" coffee served was basically plain brown water and I cannot recommend ordering it especially at £6.20. The food was good.
Excellent coffee place and different Menu. The best cafe place to visit in Manchester and best vibe. There is something for everyone. Must visit to have the feel.

A gem in Manchester. Chill vibe, friendly staff, good mix of drinks. You’ll find lot of types of seating benches, chairs, sofas, it’s not overly loud, and has a relaxing decor. Great for talking with a friend, reading a book, or working!
A cute chic place to chill, get some work done, or even go for food. There are an impressive amount of halal, gluten free and vegan food and the milk alternatives are excellent. I had the choco chai and it was delicious!
Really not impressed, there is a serious fly problem here. I've been plenty of times but never had to bat away flies every other second before. I ordered a latte and hadn't even been sat there for half an hour before I looked down and saw all these flies clinging to the mug. It was so gross that me and my friend left to go somewhere else. I work in hospitality I've seen my fair share of fruit flies but never a case this bad.
Beautiful coffee shop …. Relaxing environment. I tried a white cake with a espresso. Delicious!
