I highly recommend. The receptionist is a very nice, helpful man. The doctors are very professional and take care of the patient. I have never had a problem getting through to them, I get my prescriptions right away, the ladies in the pharmacy next door are also very nice and friendly.
Massive thank you to the reception staff especially Sukh, always on point and ready to help. The Doctors have never let me down, patient care is at its best. Thank you from all my family that are registered with you.
I recently registered at this surgery and all I can say is it’s the worst most unhelpful one. I have re registered at a new one as I don’t want to stress about taking my child here as well. I had a problem which they took over a week to do when it was something that should only take a day. I would never recommend this surgery. It’s horrible. Do not bother signing up here. No care, no empathy. And rude receptionist.
Credit when it’s due !!the receptionist this morning and the pharmacy team have been great , sorted a new prescription for my mum and sent it to Reading with no hassle , big thanks to paramedic Dwayne I think and Dr Thomas who have been fantastic with my mum and dad in the last month or so !
This GP is alright but definitely not the best. They still don’t see you face to face and they don’t give a specific time they call. I was at college and I told the receptionist specifically to make sure they don’t call between certain times which she said she noted down but they still called around those times. I ended up missing the call and when I called back it apparently became my fault. They also have little doctors so doctors usually rush the appointments which stops people getting the care they need. The doctors wasn’t that empathic towards me and they blamed every physical problem I had on anxiety without further evaluating the problem. Not the worst GP but definitely not the best
THEY HAVE NO DELETED ME OFF THEIR RECORDS WITH NO WARNING. This one star is too nice of a rating for this poor surgery. I’ve called to try and get an appointment with the doctor as I’ve been extremely unwell last two days and I was told to go pharmacy because they only have 2 doctors and would rather reserve the appointments for something else. Didn’t realise they pick and choose who’s entitled to receive healthcare and it seems like I’d only get an appointment if I was on my death bed ? As a receptionist you should be able to decide what’s important what’s not because as far as I’m aware if you work as a GP receptionist you don’t automatically become a doctor. Absolutely rude and useless staff and you’ll actually die or become seriously ill before you acc manage to get an appointment
Book appointment at 9:40am arrive on time been 30mins still not seen. But if you arrive late they cancel your appointment. These double standards need to end it's a joke.
One of the worse surgery when you ask for appointment the receptionist is very rude and aggressive she have no clue who she is speaking to you ,definitely only patient will call into surgery no one else she treat customers very badly over the phone especially once she finds out if any elderly is calling it is very embarrassing behaviour and manners she has
Lovely reception desk ladies, helpful and friendly , they helped every time i needed. Also , the dietician its absolutely amazing, Sophie Turigel very good with lots of knowledge, professional, kind. She is a blessing for patients as me.She is helping a lot in my health issues . Many thanks! Cllr. Mihaela Burcan.
Definitely agree with past comments regarding the behaviour of Jenny the receptionist. She is uncaring, and unsympathetic, blank. She made the booking of an urgent appointment impossible even though I was very distressed. I made a formal complaint about her which was ignored by the practice manager. They didn't even bother to investigate it. Then they allowed Jenny to enter on my medical record visible to me, that I 'screamed' at her which is a blatant lie. I may have shouted at her in frustration due to her repeating unhelpful information again and again in her monotone voice, but I definitely do not scream at people. Dr Rahman GP, Tanweer HCA, Sukh male receptionist are all brilliant. Don't bother with the rest of them. Good luck getting an appointment if Jenny picks up the phone!
