Have been going there often for a nice lunch with friends or a drink every once in a while.. and recently received a parking ticket from them as I was parked in their car park and them thinking I had gone somewhere else. Which at the time I was happily eating in their restaurant. I will never go there again, and have pre warned family and friends not to go their as you will more than likely be given a parking ticket. And just a quick side note.. the man that was taking pictures of the cars to 'try' and catch YOUR OWN customers out wasn't doing a good job of hiding it...

We called in late tonight, Tuesday 6th March 2018, after several years of staying away. We had heard The Waterside Inn was under new management. We were greeted warmly by the landlady, which, was a nice surprise. We were told that they have bought it from the brewery and that it is now privately owned. Even though it was quiet at the time - not surprising after the damage the brewery had done previously- there was a good vibe in the place. They are currently offering 20% discount on food and drinks bill to anyone that provides proof of employment on Leamington Shopping Centre (formerly The Shires), which I think is exceptionally generous! They are working to rebuild the trade The Waterside Inn (The Tiller Pin) once had. I think they will achieve it too. Haven't tried the food yet but will be doing so and soon. So until I do I have given it 4 stars.

Willing to report paying customers for illegally parking while the customers are inside eating. Seems i'm not the only one. I work in Warwick and go there every so often during lunch.... won't got again and will warn others that it's not worth the hassle. Looks like the managers have a dodgy side business making false parking claims.

Lunchtime visit with a baby. No problems with space, either parking or at table. Attentive polite service. Baked potato choices at £4.50 and sandwiches at £5. Sandwich came with soup and was very tasty. Baked potato was baked properly, but a little small with small amount of filling, but very tasty. Excellent mixed leaf with dressing with the potatoes. Glad of a side of onion rings as a little bulk. Only negative point was a cold and undesirable baby changing room, in contrast to the normal loos which were much better. In fact we went to Macdonald's to use the baby changing.

Had Sunday lunch here today and have to say we both said it was the nicest meal out we've had in a long time. The food was delicious, hot and a good size portion with the offer to have more roast potatoes, yorkies and gravy if you could squeeze it in which we couldn't! The service was quick and the staff very pleasant. Thank you, we will definitely be back.
