Rude doorman who asked if he could touch me also not doing his job when people where fighting and being disrupted. The room we stayed in was a disgrace. We was in a street facing room with a large window that had only 1 curtain so we couldn't close them so I could not get undressed. The room was so tiny the bed was pushed up against the window so had to lay in bed fully closed. The street lights made it to bright to sleep as we couldn't close the curtains. The carpet was filthy as was the chair. There was no bulb in the bed light either. When we complained there was no manger just bar staff. I will never go there again.

Room needed a good clean and refurb. We got a refund and stayed elsewhere that night

Extremely creepy doorman, acting like a predator towards female members of the party. Multiple times throughout the night, inappropriately approaching girls in our group, making them feel extremely uncomfortable and groping them. He also turned off the lights in the section we were in. Wouldn't come back even if the drinks were free.

Got my order wrong. Gave us lukewarm tap water. Pancakes tasted too eggy. Fry up decent.
