Outstanding care and help with a complicated vision issue. My optician, Courtney, is an absolute star and so friendly and helpful. She put her knowledge and listening to work to help me to figure out the best solutions for a complicated vision issue. I've never had such an attentive and thoughtful consultation before. And the rest of the staff are also very friendly too. Highly recommended!
My mum had a great experience with the team at Waterloo eye centre. She was seen by Courtney for her eye test and then was helped by a lovely lady who I think was named Tracey who helped her pick her new glasses. Thanks for looking after my mum
Fabulous opticians who have looked after all of our family's optical needs for several years. Our 9 year old daughter is particularly fussy but absolutely loves this place and gets excited about choosing new glasses. We moved out of the area and attempted to go to a local well known high street store....worst decision ever, we didn't even stay for the full appointment and went back to Waterloo Eye Centre. The staff are super helpful and special shout out to Cortney who just makes the whole process so simple! Keep up the good work!
Waterloo Eye Centre are great; I've been going to them since I moved to Liverpool in 2001. The staff are always friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome whenever you walk through the door. Unlike some other opticians I've used in the past, I never feel like I'm being told my prescription's changed just so they can sell me a new pair of glasses. If my prescription has changed, they'll advise me to get a new pair only if I really feel I need it. I also had really good care when I had a bad flare-up of my ocular rosacea. I got good advice, which worked and my eyes are feeling fine again. They're great with the children, too. Highly recommended.
Been a customer here for a long time and the service has always been fantastic. The optician lady and all staff are so down to earth, friendly and accommodating. Recommended highly.
After a thorough eye examination by Cortney and in accordance with her advice, I attended St. Pauls Eye Hospital A & E where I was treated for a cornea ulcer, in its early stages. She has saved me the pain of a full blown ulcer, and the scarring that comes with it. I am so grateful and fortunate to have her as my optician. I wholeheartedly recommend Water Eye Centre.
Very quick and efficient service with a warm welcome . They push the boat out to get you the glasses you want, style, tint etc at a good price.
Have always had a great experience when dealing with Waterloo Eye Centre; in particular Cortney has been of real help. Am sure I will be back for the next pair.
The staff are amazing here, really helpful and friendly, and they have a gorgeous range of glasses to choose from as well. Had my glasses for a couple years now and I still get compliments on them every time I wear them
