Called into the Liverpool City centre temporary shop to exchange a recently purchased pair of glasses, which I wasn't suited to. Visited 04/03/2023 The young lady Kara? couldn't have been more helpful, patient, welcoming, & friendly if she tried! Lovely girl whom is a credit to your business!
Staff are friendly, polite and professional. My appointment time was kept and not late. I was required to be referred for cateracts, they did this there and then without any hassles to me. Excellent service. Thank you Vision Express and their highly trained staff.
Really good service by Ryan. Couldn’t thank him enough for helping me chose a pair of glasses. I find it really stressful choosing frames and he was brilliant! I used to also love the Chester store but unfortunately had a negative experience here due to a management change. Will be coming to Liverpool in future, thank you again!
Staff are fantastic and really helpful, the only downside is it takes multiple tries which was in excess of 15mins each time to which I had to hang up in the end of waiting on hold to get threw to speak to a member of staff on the phone. I found that calling after 4pm turned out to be the shortest waiting time on hold under 10mins. Like I say other than that the staff are fantastic.

I did my eye test with Eleanor Hart two weeks ago. She is soooooo nice, very polite, and very friendly, very patient. She makes me feel very welcome here. If you have something like...the best staff of the year, then I think that should be Eleanor Hart. Because of her, I have reconmended vision express to people in my Chinese social media. I am quite an influencer in chinese social media, so there should be more chinese people come to vision express, haha.
Excellent optician, very friendly, efficient and helpful with explanations and writing a helpful letter to my consultant where necessary. Remarkably low price. The very thorough check up must be a loss leader, I assume, for optional glasses sales.
Popped in today to ask for help/an adjustment on my glasses. Staff were very accommodating and very helpful and sorted my glasses for me. I think the lady who did it was the manager, she was fantastic! Thank you!
Service was excellent the lady who done my eye test was lovely very funny and extremely professional x well done x put a smile on my miserable face
Amazing customer service from everybody here. Really helpful on every front. I can’t see myself going elsewhere for glasses in the future
