Excellent experience. Food was delicious, place was clean and well-presented. Staff were lovely. Paula, in particular, made us feel extremely comfortable straight away. She was patient, easy to talk too, helpful when it came to questions about the food and generally really looked after us. Couldn't have asked for more to be honest. Definitely coming back and would genuinely recommend.
Had a lovely meal at Waterfold Farm, opting for the special Christmas menu. Great price for 3 courses and food was of good quality. Our waitress Pam was very friendly and professional, ensuring we were comfortable and well looked after. Especially liked that the restaurant is separated into family and adult only areas. The main menu is varied and reasonably priced so will definitely be back to try this or maybe the carvery. Well worth a visit.
Great Carvery, good kids area with free activities and some payable machines. We'll thought out dining. Choice of at least 4 meats. Good choice of veg and potatoes and always at least two pots of each item to make sure you don't miss out. Staff are very polite and friendly and drinks are ice cold. Overall a great place for a meal.
Came here for my birthday and we all ordered a carvery. The food was really tasty and there was lots to choose from. What we couldn't finish we took home for the dog as the staff brought us some boxes. There's plenty of parking and the atmosphere was really relaxed. It was very busy as it was Sunday so we called ahead for a table which I'd recommend.
Was expecting much better. James on the bar was very rude, wouldn’t let us get a vegetable pie with a carvery. His first reason was that you have to get it as a meal with chips and peas so he was saving it for someone else. Then after inquiring he said you have to be vegan to have this pie? I can’t have cheese and I don’t eat meat, so no option was made available to me. Then when ordering dessert to takeaway, Hollie on the till was incredibly snappy. She repeatedly asked for a table number and was unimpressed when I stated we wanted to takeaway. She then went back and forth from the till and kitchen for each slice of cake we ordered. Found this strange as she could’ve just taken the full order and then given us the full order. Every request resulted in a problem. Staff have no clue what’s going on and due to this are very slow. Will not be returning unfortunately Dietary restrictions: Not the best nor accommodating for dietary requests
Had a carvery lunch with in-laws. Nice little play area indoors for kids. Staff were great - we were awkward customers but the staff were excellent with us. Thank you for your understanding. Food was tasty too!
This may be a little bit longer than I usually do but hopefully you'll bear with me, my husband and I had booked somewhere else for our anniversary meal, but left without having anything to eat, so when we arrived here we were not happy and thought our lovely night out was going to end with a chippy for our special meal. We were very wrong, from the moment we arrived we felt very welcome, I explained my allergies to the front man and he called a member of staff to talk to me about them. His name was Dan and he sorted out our meals without any problems. We felt valued and totally enjoyed our meal. I'd definitely recommend this place to everyone. Why not Pop in for a bite, you won't regret it.
Hi, me, my sister and my dad came in for breakfast this morning. The food was lovely as always. We come for breakfast every couple of weeks or so. The quality is so good especially for the price. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. But Richard in particular, it was my first time seeing him this morning and he was so helpful, welcoming, friendly and overall so lovely. He really made my morning. Parking: Easy to find a space
Came for a meal late Saturday evening, Staff we're really friendly. There was an issue in the restaurant with a large group dinning, took up quite a bit of the staffs time meaning there was a wait to be served, to no fault of there own, they handled the situation well. Food was lovely as ever. Didn't have my fave dessert available for cake away so had settle for my 2nd fave. Dietary restrictions: Vegetarian, gluten free and vegan options
