Worste doctors surgery I’ve ever experienced..

I wouldn't even give it 1 star anymore! Been in serious agony for 3 years due to back, an at first.. was amazing! The doctors were lovely friendly, an mostly.. they listened an treated the problem correctly. Now.. it's impossible.. the receptionist are rude an thoughtless, the doctors, if you get to see one, just want you out there room!, the helpline are just inhumane! The surgery surprises me, how any higher committee can allow this place to still be open is beyond me! Every week there is new doctors, they leave every week, but with the staff and their attitudes doesn't surprise me. The desk is very unaproachabke, it's a daunting experience, an with mental health kicking you in the arse every day... makes this even more extremely difficult. The doctors do not keep up with what their patience need. So as far as I'm concerned.. What used to be a 5+ in my eyes, is now a negative 10. -10 is total waste of health. Then they wonder why so many persons kill themselves. No help, no thought, an no compassion. Seriously needs attending to. But for me... I'm leaving! An I should have done it a long time ago. Terrible beyond belief. -10 stars in my opinion

The doctors and nurses are very caring, professional and helpful. The problem is the reception. When you finally get through on the phone you usually cannot get an appointment. They are so unhelpful and rude. They have too much power, as asking what the problem is debates wether you recieve an appointment or not. They are NOT medical professionals and therefore should have no say wether you need to see a doctor or not. I refused to say once and was swiftly told there were no more appointments, so my mum rang back and asked, telling them the problem and got an appointment straight away. They do not need to know what your ailments are in order to tell you if there is a slot in the doctors diary! The appointment procedure is rubbish since it changed a few years ago. I never had a problem getting an appointment, either same day or in advance. Since it changed you now have to pre plan your illness weeks in advance to make sure you don't die before getting an appointment. Also the reception staff should be monitored more as if you actually visit the surgery most times they are talking amongst themselves rather than answering the phone or acknowledging the person stood on front of them. Is this not why they are employed? I think they need to re read their job description.
