Great Doctors both Canthaboo's who really do listen and help. Helen is my favourite nurse, friendly and doesn't hurt me when drawing blood or giving injections.

I have been going to westfield road surgery for around 40 years and i have always found them to be wonderful and very helpful i would not want to go anywhere else.
Recently my wife and I signed up to this surgery, the set up was fine and staff were nice. Unfortunately it went down hill from there, My wife tried booking an appointment and was told you have to call at 0830 and if unsuccessful call at 1400. after several days of doing this and not being able to obtain an appointment, all the surgery could say is try again, no help from them whatsoever. In the end we just went to an urgent care centre, within 40 minutes of arriving my wife had her appointment. Very disappointed with your customer service. We are considering changing surgery.
The worst surgery I've ever been to. Avoid at all times. You can't make an appointment over the phone because they never pick up ther phones. When I've asked for the letter stating my condition I had to pay £24 and was waiting nearly 2 weeks for it and they wrote it wrong. Now waiting for the appointment, was given a number card and told that I'm between 20 other people waiting for the appointment which is not guaranteed... joke. My blood is boiling every time I go there .
Dr Canthaboo has been very helpful when my father was ill, nothing was ever too much trouble for him, always very thorough and has the most amazing manner with my elderly parents. Everybody at the surgery is very helpful, really appreciate the service.
Apart from a few years living in Winslow, I have been with this surgery for 60 years! It has always been 5 star and especially so now with Dr V Canthaboo. Can't bear the thought of things ever changing!*
The most caring and professional surgery I have ever been registered with. The healthcare has always been 5 star I would recommend registering if you require medical care at its best.

I have been with theses doks all my life some of the doks r great theres 1 male doctor thats abit of a tw*t and judgemental and should not be there as all the other doks r great thats why i give it a 4 if he wasnt there it would be a 5
