With all the good reviews I was expecting excellent service and my dog to be taken care of. I had some tests done on my dog where he was taken out of the room where he couldn't see me. The vet came back holding him in a way that was hurting him. I know because when he is held that way he makes uncomfortable sounds and can't breath. I then went to go pay and the receptionist told me what a good boy he was but my dog refused to go near her and started shaking in fear as soon as we got closer to her, this made me feel like she was lying, since we have taken him home from this vet he has become scared of things he was never afraid of. I went to pets at home and had him go into the back room and when he came back he was happy and had no problems with anyone of the people he interacted with. MKVG didn't even treat him for anything just ran a test and sent him home with no treatment. Petsathome did the same test and had the same worries but also gave us a treatment in the mean time which is helping.

Very highly recommended! The ladies working there are incredibly helpful with my cat who really doesn't like vets ; )

Really kind caring practice. I have been taking my pets here for years.I would recommend them.
