Dont take your car to this garage for your own good.they are bunch of cowboys.ibtook my car for a new starter motor.they were suplose to call me to let me know the cost ,they never did.i had a biil for almost 440 .they charged 180 plus vat for a new starter motor which anyone could buy one of them for around 70.as i took my car off the garage the plastic cover under the engine fell off on a19 and i also realised top plastic cover for engine was missing too.i ve been trying to get it back for a week .i got it today it was smached to 3 pieceses and glued back .if you still insist to take your car to this cowboys make sure your car isnt missing any parts after

The worst garage in the UK. Overpriced and very unprofessional. No customer service at all. Replace parts that don’t fix the problem and charge you. Returned my car in an unroadworthy condition after MOT, after being road tested by a mechanic!! Mechanics don’t have any knowledge.Stay away at all costs!!!

Avoid this garage! RAC took my car here a while ago, garage didn't even diagnose the problem! They said I needed a part replaced and charged me for that part. After that, they said the car was still not working and would cost a fortune to fix, which I said no to. They were rude, took ages to bring my car back and when they did, the battery was completely flat. I had another garage look at my car, they said it was an easy fix and that the price was no where near to what this garage quoted me.

I have been using Washington Autos for years and always had amazing service from the team. Their work has always been brilliant and never had any issued.

WARNING!! Avoid at all costs please, mickey mouse "company" broke my car on purpose, fitted wrong and faulty parts, cost alot more to fix their mistakes then what the cars worth. Please do not use them, u have been warned!!
