Car went in for repair after accident, car collected mileage and fuel recorded buy collection driver and also had a walk round the car making notes of damage, phoned up to check on progress friendly reception staff put me through to Mark in bodyshop who gave me an update on repairs what had been done and what needed to be done, told me it would be ready by the friday and it was, van delivered by repair centre no issues with the quality or the service,.. Winter is a busy period for repair centres be patient folks!

Total liars .really disgusted .zero customer service skills.Asked for manager's name and refused to give me it.keep away from them.ridiculous amount of time to repair a car loads of made up excuses why it was taking so long.nightmare.told it would take up to another two weeks on top of the 4 wks they had it until i contacted an independent complaints office .got a phone called ten mins later .my car would be ready at end of that very day!personally think they were using it for a runaround.my work parking permit had been removed from windscreen (unnecessary as it only needed a panel replaced)and screwed up inside glove box.take heed steer clear .

My grandad in his BMW had a lass scrape his car when she was on her phone and these guys repaired the scraped area very well and we couldn't notice where the scrape was because it was blended/painted well. With my uncle we had to deal with them because my grandad couldn't because he was admitted into hospital around November.

Thieves! dont leave anything in your car! They willl have it! Then deny it! Disgusting disgraceful, I hope you enjoy your visit from the police!
