Halfords have become my go to garage for all of my vehicle maintenance needs. The staff are extremely professional and the service is second to none. Compared to the Mercedes garage prices that I have paid in the past they offer an equal service at a far more competitive cost. Thank you and well done.
Booked in for a service. The only thing they got right was the date. Time wrong, then said it was my fault I never reminded them. Utterly useless and would highly recommend keeping well clear if your time is important to you. These guys just waste it and then blame the customer.
Had the MOT done here as we have had many times before. Made the appointment online and prepaid £ this method suits us but phoning or calling in are other options. There is car park spaces . The MOT is very reasonably priced. The staff are very pleasant . There is the convenience of a waiting area too
Sent here by my rescue company today due to a tyre puncture. Sadly they didn't actually inform them of what was wrong so were a little surprised when I turned up with little warning. They managed to source a tyre difficult size and fit it saving me a lot of trouble. Really appreciate their efforts. Thank you.

Guys where friendly but come to a nail in tyre they said it's not leaking air 2 day later blew same tyre and took to a tyre centre fixed nail puncture worked fine but disapoi Ted at halfords gave them simple job ended up else where there loss
Was there for tyre change. Gave me really good price, although booked through national tyres, now owned by Halfords. However they gave me me free diagnostic check and free battery check. Highly recommended and appreciated.Service: Tires

Carried out service and MOT on a agreed cost but rang my wife to say it needed new spark plugs so she agreed even though it was running fine.They charged her an extra £69 for 4 plugs which actually cost £16.00 for four.Thought that was totally overcharged.
