I received my car back today after some kind person damaged it and drove away. What a service my car was picked up by a lovely polite gentleman I was kept informed on the progress it arrived back like brand new it had been valleted to the highest standard and the work done on it was excellent. I would reccomend this garage 100 % thank you so much. Also I must add the politness and telephone manner was impeccable.Service: Auto body & trim repair
There is no option for minus stars so have had to give one. A van reversed into the side of my car damaging the front wing & door. They are my insurance approved repairers. Car picked up & about a week later was telephoned to say the car was repaired & organised a drop off time. Car was delivered back to me on Xmas eve. The driver drove it on to my drive & gave me the key back. I normally reverse on so decided to turn it round. Immediately noticed the power steering fault light on the dash board & could hardly move the steering wheel. When I phoned them they said they had test drove the car & everything was OK so it just happened to break at the exact moment it was put on my drive. It was sent to hyundai who have said it is nothing to do with the accident. Something has obviously happened to it while it was in their car but they have washed their hands of it. Worst company I have ever dealt with.
Not worth a star.. Recommended by my insurance broker Auxillis... Ford garage would have been Cheaper. I was not allowed to take it to a garage of my choice Had to fight a week for a courtesy car. Over the top priced repairs.. Very very poor customer service. Bonnet wouldn't open when I got it back.. Rang the garage they said they'd look at it, and try and bill insurance for more money... Not a chance mate I took it to a reputable garage .... They are not interested in customer satisfaction, just greed and milking the system..
You sent me to Dents in Stockton and at no point was i informed that that isn’t where the repair would take place, so imagine my frame of mind when i collected my car to find 50+ miles added and over quarter of a tank gone. If it did indeed have to be sent to Washington and I don't see why since shouldn't Dents be capable? I would also think that if that was the case then surely you would drive on a flat-bed as you advertise collection and delivery of the cars and from the reviews I have read you do so on flat-beds. Since I was never told of any such information I would like to appeal and be sent £ 20 for the loss of fuel. The other issues I have is it appears whilst you had the car for 13 days the driver’s side wing and door are scratched and the back bumper also – these were certainly not that bad when dropped off – but since I took no before photos it obviously cannot be proven and no doubt they will deny all but I am bitter about this – your trusted with someone else’s belonging and you have no regard for it at all. I am also sure when I called I was told they were doing some kind of work on the wing mirror and it looks untouched. The repair to front bumper is not too bad but I am sure I can see some scuffs already! Also the black plastic does have scruff – looks like a different colour to before and was dirty.
If i could put an zero I would. My car was damaged in a car park and contacting my insurance company they arranged for another company to pick it up to do the repairs. My local company picked it up and took it Stockton. When I phoned them to find out about retrieving my vehicle it turns out they have taken it to Washington for them to look at it. This was never ever mentioned to me during any conversations I have had with the repair company. since I do not live anywhere near Washington they then inform me I have to arrange to get it back home myself and how am I supposed to get there and get my vehicle back home. Which is quite pathetic since they are the ones that took the vehicle up there.
Did my repairs after someone hit my car. What a fabulous job looks like a new car would highly recommend.Services: Auto body & trim repair
