I took my dinner suit in to be altered . Trousers narrowed and jacket taken in.nFrom the fun flower planters outside to the reception and changing rooms the place demonstrates a high level of professionalism.nMy suit came back perfect fit great and lovely workmanship at a very fair price .nI’m certainly taking a lot more of my clothes into ZUGZAG for alterations.nFast efficient friendly and fairly priced .nThank you
After persevering with a broken zip slider on my Richa leather motorcycle jacket for a while, I'd finally had enough and contacted Zig Zags to see if they could help. Sharon replied via email quickly saying they could replace the slider so I dropped the jacket off and left it with the team.nnIt took just over a week to hear back and unfortunately they weren't able to find a slider to fit the bespoke zip that was on the jacket so they contacted me to ask if I wanted a new zip fitting. I agreed to the new zip and they fitted it the same day and I collected the jacket the next.nnI even asked if they would be able to make a little leather pull tab for the new zip to aid with fastening while wearing gloves which they were more than happy to do there and then.nnVery impressed, thanks once again!
