This place is magical. So much fun. Recommend the digital audio guide, it was really informative. Parking was accessible. There is so much to see as well, we were there for a good 5 hours. Food and gifts are a bit expensive (hence why not 5 stars) but as it's near London I can see why. All the tour guides were brilliant, very enthusiastic. For the Goblet of Fire features I felt like they could have made it into one single exhibit, rather than spread it out. Honestly though, it's a great day as long for all the family, as you love Harry Potter that is ;)

Loved the experience,lots to see. I personally think the pricing was a fair price for the experience you get. Lots of magical things to see. We were in there for approximately 3hours and not once did we feel bored there was always something to look at. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend. We stayed in a hotel near by call Best Western White House also recommend this hotel.

From the word go, this was an experience that I knew I was going to love and it didn't disappoint. There were countless times during our visit that I got tingles of excitement as we went around the displays and looked at the different things on show. It's thoroughly engaging, thrilling and an absolute MUST for any Harry Potter fan. Enjoyable even if you aren't a particular fan, I would say. YOU MUST GO HERE!

Fantastic experience been a few times now different each time. Set up like the yule ball was fantastic. Love d the new forest bit. Staff are always friendly helpful and very knowledgeable. Made me love the films even more. The kids enjoyed it too 😂 and they didn't rush around it like I thought they might

I honestly don't know where to start on how to explain how much I enjoyed my day here. My best friend and I went here to celebrate my 21st. This place is for all ages of Harry Potter fans. The most friendliest stuff I have ever met. Everything is displayed perfectly for you to see. The only thing that is scheduled is your arrival time for your tour, but you can stay as long as you like we got there at 1:30 pm and left on the last bus at 8pm, so you can spend as much time as you like looking at the props. The shops are amazing, was really difficult not to buy everything in sight. There are activities for you to take part in during the tour. They sell butter beer too, and it's so delicious. I recommend to get it cold. I also recommend to wear comfortably shoes.
