This is a lovely place for the kids to enjoy nature and animals. Alex loved all of them, but Andrei was attracted the most by the turtles and the fishes. There is a parking space and a playground for the kids.
Loved it. Small farm, exactly whats needed with kids day out. Lovely play area and very helpful staff.
Excellent small farm and very affordable. Wonderful for children. The animals are well cared for and protected. Playground area is safe and well thought out. Picnic area great for rain or shine. The staff are welcoming and friendly. Wasn't sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. We had a really good visit. My granddaughter said it was the best day of her stay with us. Fully recommend.
Excellent farm. Excellent price. Beautiful staff. First time saw Chickens around us. There was no barrier. Kids really enjoyed. First time saw Rooster crowed in front of us and it reminded me natural life of Pakistan. Really enjoyed the day.
Great place to spend a couple hours with the kids. They can get very close and feed the sheep, goats, cows, donkeys and pigs. Place is pretty small but is definitely worth visiting if you have some time to kill during the day. Not a full day out, but a fun one.
Absolutely lovely day with the children. Big enough that they see a variety of farm animals, small enough that they didn't get overtired or bored/overwhelmed. The animals are really friendly and the staff are lovely. Good facilities too, although beware that to get in, you need to go through the shop which obviously leads to children begging parents/carers for toys and such.
Children's farm with small animals to feed goats, sheep, pigs, chickens, ponies, rabbits & plus a snack shop very well priced you can buy some snacks, drinks, ice cream, toys & play area with a bouncy castle. There’s a climbing frame, loads of bikes, toys. Loads of seating for parents. Secluded great security. Toilets available. Great for families. Perfect for a date out. Buggies/wheelchairs accessible. There’s an entry fee to pay, around £4 adult & £2 child - very reasonable. Free parking. It’s a hidden gem, very relaxed, kids love it. If planning to stay longer, bring picnic. They also do children Bday Parties.
Farm animals were cute. Only sending children through a toy shop while you are going for a children's farm is no pleasure for parents, especially when your child has autism. Only because of this I won't be returning back. Are the animals not an attraction by theirselves? You need to have a toy shop to make this farm complete? Please get rid of the toys and let us buy the animal food only as that is what we are coming for-feeding animals. Toys belong in a toy shop and not a farm. So overall I give a 4 for the animals only, the rest convinced me not to try it again. Focus should be on the animals.
I had an overall really nice experience here apart from when my 3 year old son was feeding the goats. We were feeding them through the fence as normal and then a giant sheep that was in the same part as the goats scared the goats, bullying them out of the way to get the food. The goats were scared causing them to quickly try to get their head back on the otherwise of the fence. As this happened the horn of the goat caught my sons eye right in the corner. He was really hurt and I was really worried about him. Thankfully there was no serious injury to my son but I do feel that the sheep that is in the same pen should be removed from the same one as the goats as it is obviously bullying them and causing them to jolt and could cause further injury to other children
Great place for the kids with animals and playground. Toys a bit dated and place quite small but good fun nonetheless.
