I have always been impressed with the shifting number of capable doctors at this Surgery.  However,  using the phone for appointments is a real trial.  One can wait a very long period during "line busy" which is too often!  My last appointment was by a  necessary posted letter.  A  current Hand delivered letter, requesting a appointment, has not been responded to by late afternoon. I am now about to seek a alternative Surgery, which is known  by family members for prompt attention to a patients needs.

Everytime i have called the surgery, reception show no sympathy and are rude and make me uncomfortable and unwelcome. I have phoned once and had a wonderful young lady on the phone but dismissing that, every single time i have called on other occasions reception have been rude and made me want to leave the surgery.

I would like to thank everybody at Ware Road Surgery for the prompt advice given to me yesterday and particularly the speedy action to sort out my medication.  Always a sympathetic ear and care at this surgery.
