I looked for a local opticians, when my Mum had terrible service and astronomical pricing from a company that visits you at home for eye tests and glasses. We had absolutely fantastic customer service from Cheryl and the team at Boots in Hertford. Going the extra mile Cheryl even called my Mum to check she had received and was happy with her new glasses and put a little slip in each case so she knew which were reading and which distance. Nothing was too much trouble and we are so happy with the service, price and quality of the frames and the ease of how the team at Boots helped us sort out glasses for Mum. Thank you Cheryl, she will be coming here in future and thank you for being so kind and helpful to us. Absolutely 5 stars for everything!!

I'd would suggest you be very careful when dealing with these high street opticians.... Very expensive venture for poor quality products.... I paid about £200 for safety glasses for work and was help by a trainee.... Didn't get the right size fit they were too big and slipped... Next the rubber nose grip disintegrated and could have been replaced but was told I had to bye new frames..... It seems to me that just like all the big high Street stores get your money and then your treated like a idiot for even going back in with a problem.... No wonder there all going bust.... Not happy with boots atall and don't care if they disappear completely
