wish you had a minus five review. Worst company ive ever dealt with. I would not recommend any 1 to buy even a screw off these cowboys. We picked them to fit 3 new bay windows one solid no openings and 2 side windows half and half. We have all other windows Half and Half all round our house. The fitter measured up and i said to him we want half and half like the rest of our house so they match. When windows arrived the full window was right but the 2 side windows had a 500mm window opening not half and half. I paid half the money up front so when i went to shop to complain boss said it was my fault i should have checked the Hand written quote. I did check and on the drawing it had a picture of 2 windows half and half. He blamed me and said i would have to pay for another 2 new windows with fitting another £1200. we had major argument but he still would not sort anything out he would not take any responsibility what so ever not even give me any reduction on fitting. He was the one who wrote the 500mm drop not the fitter. He was a total waste of time. I now have 1 window fitted but not trimmed up or finished. The fitter had to refit my old broken windows untrimmed to keep my property safe while i tried to sort out with the boss. So i ended up paying that cowboy £1800 for 1 window fitted untrimmed. I now have a very good company taken over the disaster they left me with called another company they are 1000% better than these rogues. But it will cost anther £1000 to fix their shoddy work. Do not use Wansbeck Plastics or you regret it like me.
Anything you need from upvc repairs like handles and hinges to full windows, doors and bathrooms. Fair prices in todays market and would happily recommend. Free, easy parking and also deliveries are available.
I've used these guys three times now and can't fault the service or the quality of their products. Super-helpful and gave great advice.... and all at great prices too. Highly recommended.
