staff are rude and not helpful. So unwelcoming standing on their phones behind the front desk. Asked a question about a bit of furniture and was ignored and got laughed at by a young girl who was there too. Such a nervous atmosphere. Majority of furniture is scratched and broken. Selling for high prices compared to other places in Ashington. Love how the 5 stars are from members of family of the business. Is that not unfair? And being cheeky to low star reviews is not a good look. Businesses should respect their customers and improve their store to appeal to more.
Had some good things there, also quite cheap
If you are furnishing a house then visit here first. We have had some top quality items at a fraction of the full price. Some slight scratches on a leather Parker Knoll sofa meant 90% off! We have also had John Lewis feather & down bedding and elm side tables at knockdown prices. Also kitchen appliances. You just never know what they will have in. They can deliver. Friendly and helpful staff. You can't beat it.

Good choice of furniture and beds, good prices friendly staff
Young rude and unhelpful staff, I think they might of been brother and sister but they had no passion to make a sale and had there heads stuck in there phones. I had every intention of purchasing a few things I sae but after getting huffs and puffs from staff I went elsewhere Lost yourselves a big sale Too do sales you must have drive and enthusiasm if you don't have that ... go on the dole
Had a browse in the sale and have to say I was spoilt for choice. I bought a superking size bed and mattress and a small sofa at a very good price. The quality is second to none. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The delivery driver communicated with me so I knew when to expect him amd was very friendly and helpful too. Would recommend anyone to take a look.
Great service and alot cheaper than the big places
If you are looking for furniture at good prices this is the place!
Good shop friendly and helpful staff grate prices brought a computer desk the staff even carried out the shop for me highly recommended
