We found the staff very friendly and helpful. Service was excellent. We would definitely use them again.

We ordered a mattress in September last year for delivery before November, when we would be moving into our first house. The price was competitive and it was estimated that it would take 4 weeks to deliver. The mattress arrived *many* weeks late, although it was *just* in time for us to start living in the house. The delivery men were deceptive in as far as they distracted my wife away from noticing that they had left the mattress on the middle floor and not in the bedroom - (or even on the same floor as the bedroom) before they left. As a result, I had to help my wife (who is 5ft) after work to move the mattress onto the right floor which took some doing. The other problem was that the house had been newly-carpeted. The delivery men brought in such an amount of mud that my wife had to spend most of her day-off vacuuming the lounge and stairs twice-over and it was fortunate that the flooring that we chose was stain-resistant. I telephoned the company and spoke to the manager who was fairly unapologetic and made no gesture to compensate for the above. I think, therefore that 3-stars is a fairly generous appraisal.

A good nights sleep at long last,bought a complete new bed, service and delivery excellent.
