We moved house at the beginning of September, and with it being a council/HA house, we needed flooring throughout. Kirsty was the staff member who dealt with us, and she was extremely helpful. Made sure we had everything we needed. We were on an extremely tight budget so she helped us pick out good quality remnants to match the colour scheme we were going for, based on measurements we had. She was brilliant. Great communication, very knowledgeable.  Interacted with the kids. A pleasure to deal with and a credit to the store and company.

Dealt with Nicola and Kirsty. Needed stairs and landings re carpeting. Staff were very helpful, responsive and dealt with us in a very professional and timely manner. Had one issue with stair rod and Nichola dealt with the issue and corrected it immediately. Would recommend and will be using the firm again for our carpet needs

Really bad service flooring falling apart beading coming off they came out to put it right and made more issues manager came out was nice said she'd put it right a week later nothing I was hoovering and my foot touched the beaching the beading came off I nearly went headfirst over the hoover. I rang up and female answered made loads of excuses I said I've paid a thousand pounds she's said she didn't like my attitude and put the phone down. They left fire surround with white stuff round it instead of beading floor was wonky door bars didn't match one was coming up this is the 3rd effort to get it fixed. I would suggest going elsewhere because I've paid out a grand and for that its been 6 weeks of stress I've been told off I've had false promises and the floors literally falling apart. I've asked head office to compensate  I will be going to the fair trading about this now.

Nichola was very knowledgeable on showing me samples and underlay today, i will be back in when i have made up my mind on what I'm going to purchase

We visited this store a few months ago.  I can only say we received a first class service from the moment we walked in the door.  The staff were so welcoming and helpful and appeared to be very knowledgeable about choosing the correct carpet.  We would certainly recommend this store. We love our carpet, it looks fabulous!  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Got great advice from Lorren, they came and measured up free if charge, fitter of laminate flooring was exceptional. Would definitely recommend them for a superb service all round.

Great staff. Very helpful and professional. Huge range of flooring.

Partner ordered carpets in february. Rang several times for an update to be told repeatedly that deliveries are on Fridays and as it is in we would be informed. Weeks pass. We were then informed that there was an issue with supply so went to to the shop to pick new carpets. We were told in the shop that they did actually have the original carpets and laminate we ordered and that we would be prioritised for fitting as we had been subject to such extreme delays. Great. Got given a delivery date for the laminate and delivery date for the carpet. No bother with the laminate installation. We were given one date for the carpet delivery only for the carpet fitter to turn up and inform us that he would be returning 3 days later to do the second room, despite it being exactly the same carpet going in both rooms. Day 2 of carpet installation and ive wasted my entire day off waiting for the carpet fitter to turn up as we presumed we would be first on the list as we were told we were being prioritised and in the first day he turned up at 09:00 in the morning. Still waiting and its 15:45. Rang back again at 16:30 to be told that they knew nothing about the job and that the colleague i had spoken to twice previously had no knowledge of the job. Absolutely shocking customer service and would never use this service again.
