Would recommend to anyone! Went in looking for some things I needed to get my old fish tank set up. Completely clueless and was helped by a lad working in the store as he could see I clearly needed some help! He was patient with me, gave me lots of advice on what would work well for the set up I wanted, etc. Recommended products and took his time to listen to me. Offered loads of advice on what tropical fish I could have in the size of the tank I've got and what would look nice togetherpreviously only had goldfish in the tank Will definitely be a returning customer, thank you!
the staff are very experienced and very helpful. The shop is always clean and tidy along with the animals there. Nothing is to much trouble they go out their way to sort out problems and offer advice if its needed
Really arrogant lad I'm surprised this store makes any money nd isn't closed, dead fish, poor hygiene and I'm not just talking about the animals, if your in this shop I would keep away from the young rude lad in the wooly hat, attitude is ridiculous rotten to the core, it's a shame really because I'll never shop here again, I just hope the owners realise that someone like that with that type of attitude, could actually close a business down ‍
Went into Animal Tracks for an easy to care for first time pet for my grandsons and was over the moon with the attention and advice I got. We came away with a hypo corn snake hatchling and everything it would need for a great price. Excellent service and an invite to pop in for advice anytime.
I get my live food from here for my lizards. Lovely pet shop, spacious and the Animals look well cared for. Staff are lovely and knowledgeable. Will defo be back :

Bought a vivarium from these con artists and the Vivarium was already built and it collapsed on my snake and they have bad attitude and no nothing about anything so don't use these to buy pets and accessories
We just bought a bearded dragon from the very helpful on what we needed to look after it properly
Been coming here for over 10 years for reptiles, fish, and feeds as well as more and they have always been a huge help and highly knowledgeable team. See them grow from a small business into a well established one and for good reason. Highly recommend
