Was sent here for an ultrasound scan, awful experience. Poorly sign posted area. Got called into the opposite room to what was sent to me on my appointment text. The sonographer and nurse were really hostile towards me, Like the experience itself isn’t already overwhelming as it is. The room itself was tiny with no privacy at all. I never got spoken to or reassured throughout the scan. I have no idea if anything was found or when I’ll get my results. Just dismissed. Not even offered tissue or anything to clean myself up with. Just vile!
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience involving Dr Kimji.nnI submitted a Medical Exemption Certificate application for approval, which Dr Kimji declined. This decision was particularly surprising given my extensive medical history. I am a long-term haemodialysis patient requiring dialysis three times per week, I have diabetes, advanced liver cirrhosis, and multiple other serious medical conditions. Furthermore, I was previously granted a Medical Exemption Certificate several years ago when my health was significantly better than it is today.nnWhat I find most concerning is that I am currently an inpatient at New Cross Hospital and have been for over three months undergoing treatment and investigations for an ongoing gastric bleeding issue. Given the severity and complexity of my medical circumstances, I would have expected a much more thorough review of my records before a decision was made.nnThe refusal has caused unnecessary stress at an already difficult time in my life. In my opinion, this decision demonstrated a lack of appreciation for the seriousness of my medical conditions and the impact such decisions can have on vulnerable patients.nnI hope the practice reviews this matter carefully and if you are a patient with complex or serious health needs, I would urge real caution before booking with this doctor.
I've recently been seen several times by Dr Ali Mohammed and she has been amazing. It's a relief to see a Dr that actually listens when you attend. She has done and referred me to all the right specialists and I finally feel like I'm on the right path to finding out what is actually going on with my health and that is all down to her. Thank you from the bottom of my heart dr.alimohammed for everything you've done so far and everything your continuing to do.
We can't fault The Keys Family Practice! Ever since my late Mom & brother joined this practice just over 3 years ago, they have been outstanding.nYes, there is the usual rigmarole of completing an e-consult, but most GP surgeries do this also. However, upon completion of an e-consult, you are guaranteed a response quickly, whether it's to arrange a telephone or a face to face consultation.nDr Khimji & Dr Patel are caring, compassionate and most importantly they listen and work with you to get the best outcome. As a family, we have navigated a very difficult path and both Dr's made this path far easier.nWe will be forever grateful for their honest advice and support during a very challenging time and always treated our beloved Mom & brother who both passed away within weeks of each other, with respect & kindness. Thank you.
If I could rate this surgery 0 I would. Like many people. The 2.2/5 rating would be lower if people could do 0 stars.nnThe building is old, unclean and patient confidentiality is ‘protected’ by the ghastly loud music they play in the waiting room. When questioned after going in multiple times and suffering it, they said it was to protect patient confidentiality, which is absurd and screams that you know there is a building issue, you just won’t pay to remedy it. Cheapskates.nnDr Khimji is quite possibly the most insufferable doctor I have ever come into contact with. If you are a man good for you, but he comes across like doesn’t understand female care. In my opinion he is wholly unhelpful and currently the only available GP partner available to triage requests and file letters, which does not help someone seeking urgent help, that feels he provides substandard care.nnThe practice ‘manager’ Zubia Shafiq comes across like she has an unwarranted god-like complex and bad attitude on her. Rude, unhelpful and will always take her doctors side no matter the scenario.nnWhatever you do, DO NOT register with this practice, they will send you round in sonic loops rather than addressing health concerns with appropriate treatment required. Happy to hand out antibiotics constantly and not specifically treat issues. Because curing someone doesn’t make the modality group any money.nnWorst surgery in Willenhall.
