I always hear a lot of complaints about booking appointments here but I use the NHS app to book my appointments and I get a call back within the same day with friendly staff over the phone.nSent in an online form on Wednesday and got a call not even a hour later and scheduled an appointment for the Friday.
Very rude and unhelpful staff at the reception. Filled my daughter's online form to get an appointment got telephone appointment after 2weeks waited until 2pm for the phone call. Phone call missed as I commenced my shift . Tried to explain to the receptionist as my daughter is not with me it would be helpful if I can have f2f appointment so she can explain her symptoms. She kept on cutting my conversation didn't let me complete my conversation and disconnected the call. Really bad service.
Shocking sums it up.i was sent here for an ultra sound and checked with reception I was in right place.i was referred back to my own doctors surgery by the receptionist .So I went to my own GP,who is in another part of town, who said I had to be at the Keys.So I went back to the Keys where the receptionist advised me it was nothing to do with them.i found the ultrasound by myself having been given the runaround.Dreadful attitude.nLuckily the radiographer was lovely as was the person assisting .Think reception need some courses on behaviours.
Would be 0 if I could no joke my appointment was 20 minutes late and having read on here you cancelled a child’s appointment because they was 4 minutes late is a disgrace! That’s not the reason I leave this review the reason I leave this review because your staff and receptionists but more so your drs are incredibly rude!! Dr asked what’s wrong? I tried listing out my symptoms like all of them relating to my breathing but he just wanted to get me out of the way and get to his next patient. He spoke over me and he never prescribed me anything for my breathing other than anxiety meds… no respiratory meds just meds for mental health. So what basically trying to say… me breathing out my a*rse is all in my head? I get the NHS is under a lot of stress due underfunding etc but that is absolutely no way to treat your patients trying to get better you Jokers!!! Been registered with this gp since I was a child but like most things in this country since the pandemic this place has fallen off and drs yeh good luck if you’ve got a respiratory illness because they’ll say its all in your head… I’m getting a 2nd opinion from a different doctor today and if I do get some answers best believe I will be leaving this place disgusting vermin especially that doctor I seen, rolling his eyes at me and stuff idk who some of them think they am…
Went into my Drs yesterday got served by a receptionist who didn't understand any bit of english wot i came in for it must of taken me 3 attempts to explain so got there in end, can u tell me why employ someone as a receptionist if they cant understand what u ave came in for.
