It's an overstretched service which causes delays of course but the care I received from my doctor when I was a patient here was very good. He took my concerns seriously and addressed my points and referred me to the right people who could help me. Many other doctors would brush you off and not bother with a referral. I have forgotten the doctor's name but I am very thankful.nnThe nurses were also lovely and helpful during my appointments.

You rarely get an appointment in this practice ,and when you do it's always empty meaning less than 4 waiting and 2 is for the nurse .To quick to fast track you to other services that are over stretched than deal with patients in local area the place needs someone from HR to find out what's going on with this place ....I have been to multiple appointments with my son who is 2 min walk away and waiting areas are full off patients. Walk in keys any time of the day empty then waiting for a locum who more than twice has walked through the door 15mins after my appointment enough said

The last two weeks I have been  to this practice with my auntie for her to have blood tests.nThe nurse we saw I think her name was Kate.nShe is  such a lovely caring and friendly person nothing was to much trouble.she is a credit to your practice.

This practice is a joke. Even if the place is empty, you'll be waiting 30 mins. The reception staff are just chilling in the back, drinking coffee and laughing, even tho the fone is ringing. THEN, they have a 2 hour break between 1pm and 3pm. 2 hour break for doing nothing. I might apply for a job there myself. Honestly, I'm gonna change my GP, I'd rather catch a 2 hour bus. Because you'll still be seen quicker. Don't book me in at 12, when I don't get seen til half 1, when it's empty. No wonder it's empty, cus people probably feel the same.

Never had any issues with this surgery and have always managed to get an appointment/advice/prescription promptly. I think sometimes people are using the GP inappropriately when other services are available but I highly rate this Surgery. I have no affiliation to this surgery other than being a patient with them for the last 8 years.
