Very poor service when trying to get an appointment.

Too difficult to get appointment on time, no provision to accommodate emergencies. No consideration given to school going children .

Every appointment I've had they've been half an hour late getting to me and when told a GP will call for a phone consultation they never do

At check in the auto sign in screen shows a wait of zero minutes, then you have to wait and wait... An hour late for the last 3 visits! Also the counter staff are the rudest, most inconsiderate specimens, the only saving grace is Dr Dukes, if you can ever get past the late appointments and the vile staff to see her that is.
