I used to work here and I'm genuinely not surprised at the bad reviews given. The reception staff are awful and talk about reality TV more than the actual jobs they're supposed to be doing. For some reason they don't like dealing with actual people? I lost count of the times I heard them slagging patients off and discussing their private conversations and even making fun of others. It was amazing how many times the 'manager' would pull you up about leaving a mouse on the wrong size of the key board or moaning about not leaving the chair to her height, it was actually laughable how those were issues that needed to be discussed at meetings but not how the drs fall to sleep upstairs, how the drs tell you to fob certain patients off because they want an early finish and how they would recommend patients to go to A&E for something 'minor' just because they didn't want to see them. Genuinely never worked in a worse place than this.
I would like to share our family’s experience. We have been with Sina Health since the day it opened. We have received consistently outstanding patient care from Dr Lotlikar, Dr Jawahar, Dr Mohan throughout all the years. All the reception staff are most courteous, respectful and incredibly helpful. I have complex health issues and all the staff are absolutely fantastic. I’m sad to see the bad reviews. We have nothing but praise for everyone here. Throughout Covid this practice has continued to provide excellent patient care despite the challenges the circumstances they faced. Thank you to all at Sina Health for being a lifeline always. This practice deserves the highest accolade. Thank you so very much with heartfelt thanks. x
If you want to feel like you're in an episode of Bread, register with this surgery and call reception. The receptionists are unprofessional, rude, harsh and unkind. Worrying that we're coming out of an incredibly challenging pandemic and they carry a portion of responsibility for people's mental and physical health. This review is no reflection on the hard working nurses and doctors who probably have no idea this is the patient experience.
Absolutely disgusting service. Most of the receptionists are rude and uncaring. Never able to get an appointment when it’s needed not even a telephone consultation. Get told to go to the walk in centre or out of hours. Can’t understand why you can’t get an appointment because if you go by the doctors there’s never anyone in there.
This surgery has gone down hill... Receptionist Vicky who I just spoke to first said my prescription is not ready and then decided it was ready after stressing me out. When I asked her for her name to make a complaint she said she is going to equally make a complaint about my attitude too THE CHEEK!!! Worst part of this all is that I cannot find anywhere on the website to make a complaint. SORT IT OUT MR SINA HEALTH CENTRE!!!
lol doctors what a joke! the place needs closing down. they do not care about ones health. poor customer service. or you ever get is call 8 in the morning . can never get to see a doctor. and when you do i cant understand them or they act like they dont care
Shocking doctors, they don’t want to see you, or your children, you call at 8am spend an hour on hold to be told to call back the following morning. Reception staff are rude and arrogant. You are suppose to tell them what’s wrong with you so they can decide if you are worthy of a call from a doctor, Even though they have zero medical training and are unable to recognise medical issues. You’d be dead by the time a doctor physically saw you here. No wonder there is so much pressure on hospitals, when gp surgery’s have had there doors closed to patients since covid.
What a terrible service.. 3 weeks trying a book an appointment. 8am phone call to book appointment diaspointing,waist of time and frustrating.This is the worst surgery ever....shocking.
The worst doctors ever! Never any appointments. My daughter has had to go to walk-in centres to be seen. This clinic needs to be assessed and shut or taken over by a new set of doctors. We will be moving to another doctors pronto!
Shocking GP surgery. Lack of compassion and no duty of care. Certain receptionists very condescending and have the cheek to raise their voice to you down the phone. Had a 6 month who came out in a rash and was told they had no appointments and to speak to 111- talk about alleviating pressure off the NHS. My partner needed an app they had all gone by 8.15am and instead ended up having an urgent scan at the Manor as they could not accommodate. These are just some of the issues we have had. Not to mention they lock the front door and you have to speak through an intercom to even get in the building. No compassion, and an absolute sham of a practice. They should be ashamed.
