I went to Walls for a new TV for my Dad who is in a local care home. Bob was really helpful and reassuring that they would set up the new TV for him, takeaway and responsibly dispose of the old set. In addition, he advised me that if there any problems with the TV they can pop along to take a look, and if necessary, leave him with a loan TV. I had also bought a DVD player a few months earlier with great service and assurances. Very pleased and don't mind paying that bit extra over an on-line purchase for the comfort of having someone to hand to sort any issues if they arise and supporting a local company.

Greeted in the shop by a very knowledgeable gentleman who explained the process and estimated time scale. Excellent service, took the TV in on a Tuesday and collected it repaired on the Thursday, it had also been cleaned in all the places not easy to get at. Highly reccomended and very reasonable price.

I visited the store on Warwick st yesterday to enquire about a washing machine and was very impressed by the service both in store and by delivery/installation team. Forget currys etc. Excellent service and advice next day delivery and installation. Will definitely use again. 5 star
