Reserved a used vw polo online paid £99 deposit. Arrived at the dealership downhill from there onwards. Requested a test drive salesman originally said he would insure the car for 15 mins for a test drive,pointed out that 15 mins wasn't much of a test drive reluctantly he agreed to extend this to 60 mins, said he would fetch the car for me too test drive.He fetched the wrong car,after this was pointed out to him he went an brought the right car BUT told me it was sold even after car had been reserved by myself.He offered me a test drive in another polo which I accepted.Came to negotiating a deal was offered nearly a £1000 pound less than there online value saying it needed back and front bumpers sprayed Needless to say no deal. Took my car to another dealer who said I had really looked after the car gave me the price asked for deal done.
Brilliant customer service great peace of mind I didn't get a the most expensive car or even close to new but they looked after me and made sure the car was 100% before I tuck it away. It came with 2 year full warranty even tho it was 7 year old.
Avoid at all costs. Sneaky deceitful company that will change the terms of the agreement and then keep your deposit when you do not proceed. Also extremely incompetent sales people who will contact you through WhatsApp so that it is not through official channels and claim that it never happened.
Excellent customer service. Slight problem with car when it arrived, but dealt with very quickly and efficiently. Brilliant and friendly staff
Absolutely disgusted, I booked my vehicle in about 3 or 4 weeks ago for specific work and an MOT and I told them what vehicle I had. I got a call 2 working days before it was due in telling me sorry but they can't work on my vehicle, leaving me in the lurch as I now can't get the vehicle booked in anywhere else at short notice while I am off work.
