I have purchased many many cars over the years some 80 odd easy so I know what to look for when dealing with dealerships. Border cars lillyhall were fantastic but the experience was made special by the salesman Ryan Wood.. Nothing was a problem and a polite genuine guy.. Special mention to Dean sales manager helping us out with another car for our daughter. Great team.

My experience is good. Extremely helpful staff. Sorted a long standing problem quickly on my car which a previous well rated garage failed to do.

Couldn't be more helpful when purchasing a new car, but that's where it seems to stop. Customer service is appalling, they never return calls, even after leaving numerous messages to get a warranty repair done.

Rang Carlisle Border Cars who couldn't be more helpful, returned my call within 10 mins, and vehicle booked in. Will not be using Workington BC, Manager needs to get his staff sorted out!!!

Not very impressed. 
My daughter took her car there in March for MOT and a service and new tyres were required. We recently had the need to check the tightness of the wheels bolts and could not find the locking nut adaptor. After a telephone call she ended up having to purchase a new set of locking bolts and pay for them to be replaced total £84.00 for something they or the tyre company they use, had lost.  Surely it's a basic check to replace the locking wheel bolt back in the car.
What would have happened if she had to replace a wheel whilst travelling????
Would have been happy to split the bill with the dealers.

Often visit very helpful salesman , office staff ,  mechanics , car valeting . all good people.
