I took my car into West Coast Cars & was very impressed by the first person that we came in contact with. He was very polite & professional in everything he had to say & do. The work was done professionally at the highest standards, would go back to West Coast Cars because of the above.
I was introduced to this garage by Ian, my friend from church. and I'm impressed by their professionalism, and the way they love their jobs. You can even speak with the head mechanic, and he is both approachable, and social. Recently I had a broken front spring, and after they tried twice to fit a after market spring unsuccessfully. It became obvious my Fiat needed originals, which I bought from Keswick Motor Co as a pair. Steve at this garage was more than happy to fit for me. : Throughout this ordeal they were informative, friendly, with great communication. Nothing was too much for them. 10 stars.
Great little local car dealer bought a car of them a few years ago that had a problem but they fixed it no trouble at all.
The guys at West Coast customs were fantastic when I needed my car MOT’ing at the last minute. They accommodated my request immediately and had the car in & out ready for a commute to Manchester. Thanks guys. Would recommend any day.
Never used a local garage before but spotted a nice clean Suzuki Vitara.Went in to speak to someone about it and got talking to the happy easy going Dan.Was offered the keys and told to take it out for a drive no hassle just take it.Got back and ended up working a deal out with a trade in.Overall the car we bought was clean with good local history and priced well.Cant complain about the overall service as my mum is delighted with it.A few weeks on and the car is running well with no niggles .Fuel economy for a 1.6 petrol is fantastic at 55mpg.Cheers Dan top bloke.
Very well presented cars. Unfortunately the one I was interested in had sold, which tells you something about the quality of their stock.
Pleasant staff dint force you into anything try to help you as much as possible with good knowledge good honest car sale room just bought my 2nd car off them I would say have a look in some nice cars at decent prices
Very friendly staff and some good cars.
Cars very overpriced. It was cheaper at main dealers. Salesmen either not very knowledgeable or tell lies to try and sell you something.
