Had just bought a car from another dealer, NOT Vauxhall, car developed a fault whilst I was 200 mile away from purchase area, unfortunately I was in my opinion given a substandard 3rd party warranty which didn’t have the smoothest process as Dobies we’re encountering. After dialogue with warranty firm and dealer of purchase things were getting quite stressful until I got my car to Dobies who took over from that point, I can’t thank this establishment enough, especially Adam of the services department, his communication with me was first class and stress free. THANK YOU
Very helpful service austin couldnt do enogh for us. Helped sort everything out as fast as he could. Very good service.
I had a booking with this Peugeot dealer and the nice guy that saw us on our test day was "Austin" all staff were very helpful as I first arrived they saw me in my electric wheelchair coming to the entrance and helped by unlocking the second door, I could of got through without but it was easier once opened. Austin talked me through all the details and I even got a hot coffee before going for a test drive in the Peugeot e2008 electric vehicle. I drove it back towards Whitehaven and the whole experience was a pleasant one. Once back inside the dealership and I was happy going ahead with that particular car, Austin filled out the necessaries and I'm now waiting for a visit from the guys that will be installing the wall charger, very exciting times ahead and all gone smoothly thanks to Austin and his team. Nothing is too much trouble if you ask and I definitely recommend getting a hot coffee lol.
The technician Garreth thatvI spoke to was very polite and knowledgeable.
Staff efficient and knowledgeable. Informed at every stage about delivery of car. Fully informed about the cars tec on receiving it and had followup calls from company on the service I had recieved. Contacted re 1st service. Appointment arranged to suit me. Car completed within time stated, washed and vaccumed. Seating area with TV and coffee facilities. Efficient friendly staff.
Great service and it PASSED!
Unbelievably bad service on a recall. The vehicle was taken to them twice and both times they were totally awkward and difficult to deal with and did not complete the work. Very unhelpful and a totally appalling waste of time. The vehicle is still without a functioning heating system so the windscreen can’t be cleared and is at risk of catching fire. A disgrace to both Vauxhall and the pathetic excuse for service provided by this dealership. Keep clear if you have anything more than a bulb that needs replacing. They couldn’t have been less helpful if they’d tried !
First class service as usual, been with Dobies for years now and won't go anywhere else, I find their service to be exceptional. Just bought a brand new Peugeot 3008 and wanted to thank everyone but especially Dougie, you were superb and I now regard you as a friend Also Tom, I couldn't have done it without you, thank you All the team at Peugeot, especially Sheila & Graham thank you also And thanks to Emma for coming in at handover I really appreciate it Whole experience was a pleasure, cheers & thank you all so much
Car fine but customer service pretty poor and instead of cleaning your new car inside they will spray it with oily stuff that only serves to stick the dirt down, air con not recharged in service either.
Excellent service and Fantastic staff at the Peugeot service center I had a fault on my car and they managed to fit me in to check it out at very short notice set my mind at rest and will fix my car by the end of the week....who could ask for more... perfect.
