The service here was amazing. I had secured finance elsewhere but found a car on Arnold Clark’s website, I didn’t know how to go about it but Liam Scott helped me out alot and took care of everything and he kept updated about things that were going on. He also came in on his day off so I could get my car. He made everything easy and I had no problems at all. Also the sales manager came over and brought me my welcome gift and also got my sister one which made her day too she loves it. Everyone was welcoming and I felt at ease.
Liam Scott is extremely helpful at Arnold Clark. This is my third time of purchasing a car all with Liams help. Nothing is ever to much trouble. I found a car I liked, spoke to Liam and he went above and beyond to help me. Explained all the process from start to finish. Telephoned me at a time to suit me. I’ve recommend him to family and friends. Truly a fantastic service, within three days I was driving home in my new car. Even after I left he’s been in contact to make sure everything is to my satisfaction and I’m okay with the car. Your definitely not just a customer and then forgotten about. I went in the other day to enquire about cars and prices. I saw a car that I liked and Liam Scott was able to help. I must have been there for over an hour, discussing prices and what deals they could do. It was great to have a normal chat with a person and not just a sales person. He was down to earth and made me feel welcome and like I wasn’t just there for a sale. Not once was he pushing for the sale. He offered me the test drive of the car that I had seen, however I declined as I have been around this car before. We had a chat and came to an agreement. He made sure that I had the best deal, he came back with a deal that was better than I thought. I came away and then got in touch with Liam to secure the car and organise a sale. Liam kept in touch with me and made sure that everything ran as smooth as it could. I went in Tuesday and picked up my car Friday without a hitch. Before I left the building the manager also came to say hello as I was processing the order and asked how Liam was. A massive thank you to all at Arnold Clark Workington but especially to Liam, he was greatly accommodating and very professional Liam was great with his service. Would definitely recommend and will be back. Thank you very much!

Well where do I start. From start to finish I couldn’t have had a better experience! I travelled down to the Workington branch from Carlisle and so glad I did. Liam Scott is the friendliest most approachable sales person I think I’ve ever met. I was kept informed at all stages and any questions were answered immediately. One of my biggest pet hates is pushy sales people that try and force you into buying something you don’t want but not once did I feel that way with Liam it was totally relaxed and up to me. Always nice to have a laugh at the same time as well! Nathan was also extremely friendly, sent me multiple videos with clear explanations of all features in the car and accompanied me on a test drive. He made me feel totally at ease whilst driving and just added to the excellent service I’d received so far. The manager also came to say hello as I was processing the order and asked if there was anything else the team could help with. Those little touches really stand out. A massive thank you to all at Arnold Clark Workington but especially to Liam, he really deserves all the praise he gets in these reviews. I’ve left with a fantastic car and can’t forget the coffee cup too which definitely won’t be used to drink in the car!!
From the time we arrived on site we have been professionally cared for by our Product Consultant Liam Scott.
