It is what it is. Smallish store, quite a good selection and most of the foods pretty good quality. The staff are very helpful and friendly
Good to find free parking when shopping in Bournemouth. Reasonable levels of stock and choice, but I was a bit dumbstruck with the customer service.nI asked if there were any food waste bin liners and was told they were probably with the rubbish bags by an employee who then headed off in a random direction. At least in Tesco they show you to the aisle and shelf the product should be on. Found them eventually though.
Got served by some old woman with short hair. Extremely rude and laughed in my face when I didn’t have ID for green tea I am 20. I like coming here in the evening when people my age are working but have found that this woman was treating both me and my friend badly because of our ages. A real shame.
