Not sure if you guys check your reviews.nnI want to say a huge thank you to Tracy for assistance in store today. I’ve been unwell and mostly bedbound. I went in today to grab some pet food and started picking up a few items near clearance. My hands got funny and I struggled to hold the food which lead to me dropping some on the floor as well as control my wheelchair. Tracy very kindly came over, taking the food to put in the basket and walked around the store with me helping me find everything I needed without struggling to balance with a very friendly manor. She was very kind and made the shop so much easier. Thank you
Have been to this store a few times late at night. The members of staff l encountered were friendly and customer friendly. Obviously being a Tesco Express it's a compact store with essentials rather than a fully fledged store.
I am heavily spinally disabled and, over the past 3 years since relocating making this branch my nearest mini market, I cannot say how much I appreciate and value the wonderful staff here.nThe Wallisdown crew could not be more helpful and friendly, using my name and even walking round with me when I am bad, without being asked, and grabbing items I cannot bend or stretch to reach myself.nSpecial praise for Matt the security guard, incredibly professional and supportive.nThis standard of service is what I remember from small corner shops years ago, and not what one usually get in the large multi chains.nOnly ever had one problem, and that was a whoosh delivery where the staff member overfilled an order that should really have gone into 3 or 4 of their paper bags into 2, causing the bags to break when I lifted them off my doorstep, damaging a lot of produce. However, after calling to simply suggest better packing should have been done, the call operator refunded me the broken items and delivery charge AND arranged for gratis replacements straight away.n5 stars truly deserved. Thank you.nThe only negative I could be picky about, & this is a head office issue, rather than a branch one I presume, is the heavily inflated costs compared to their main big stores in Kinson or Canford Heath, and even other Tesco Expresses such as the ones in Bournemouth in the Triangle/Bourne Ave etc. Although I understand it is a 'convenience' branch, a company the size of Tesco's does not need to fleece customers and, if they are going to have price increases in the Express stores, they should all be the same.

Big for an express, lots of choice, good parking road is very busy in rush hour tho making it tricky to get to if you aren't passing.nnComplete lack of cycle parking is a massive issue.
