Good fresh produce and staff provide a friendly and cooperative service. A large sized store with a full range of food groceries available. It also sells kitchen and household electrical products. A nice cafe area for a relaxing drink or a hot meal.
Good is ok but service is not friendly and the coffee is bad...they either are not trained how to make it properly or don't care
Got told to sign up for Nectar card online as that’s how they prefer people to do it as they want to encourage them to use the app!!! Well try making sure the app worksnI scan card I was given and get something went wrong so try to sign up manually and same when I put postcode and house number in, what a croc of rubbish!!!
A really good well run store with friendly polite staff. Plenty of choice. I like shopping there for Habitat items alfo and for some clothes too, a nice quality cotton used.
The new click and collect area is awful. You now have to drive into a lay-by area a speak to an intercom, and your order will be brought out to you from the store, which takes so much longer. Then if you’re the second or third car in the layby you are literally trapped and have to wait for the cars in front to finish and drive away. Was waiting for over 30 minutes. This also causes a huge queue to back up down the car park. Such a terrible idea, old way much better.
