Lovely, lovely place with an amazing ambience. The prices are a little steep and the dishes are very much sugar loaded; hence we only come here for a treat. The place is very child friendly (there are some toys!). I am very happy to be able to buy my allergy toddler dairy/soy free cupcakes - something you can't get at other cafes - and is the main reason why I visit. More vegan offerings would be much appreciated! We visited today and unfortunately had a little mishap. The girl behind the till seemed overwhelmed today, and was adamant that she has given us our change which unfortunately was not the case. She served the next customer straight away and "blocked" us; as we did not want to create a scene we left it (loosing nearly £4 is a lot though). However, I would advise to ensure that all staff are trained to stay calm when there is a queue. Also, I find it very confusing that no spoons/forks are being served with the coffee/ cake / milkshake.

Coffee good and cakes OK but as countless reviews have said (do the owners/manager read these reviews?) service needs fixing - constant queues to order and all the tables next to us were left with dirty plates for the full two hours we were there. Several customers arrived and left again because of the state of the tables, and speaking to another customer it seems this is nothing new. Won't be coming again I'm afraid.

Love this place! Whole heartedly recommend the nutella latte with almond milk. Fun, casual place to meet friends for refreshments and catch up.

Place looks exactly how I'd want a coffee/cafe place to look like. Great design. However, there needs to be fundamental changes to the way the place is run. Your customers will soon become tired of waiting 20-30 minutes just to place their order. Coffee range needs to be more varied and befitting of your coffee claims. It is no doubt very early days for this place but I did feel for the staff, of which there is an abundance, many are trying very hard but have no managment direction from what I could see. And others seem to be doing far less work than others as well. Needs to be a fair distribution of workloads! You need to train your staff so they are ready as soon as they start their shift. I like the casual look of the staff but a bit of a unified look (casual as you like) would be better and pop your company name on the back for some good advertising! Helps determine who is staff and who isn't as it was tricky to tell. Love the idea of an independent place, but you need to make it a different experience to the chains from basics like knowledge of your coffees and teas, truly different food of great quality, and staff that differentiate you from the norm. Giving 3 stars as it has potential to be a winner, but a long way to go.

The place has good decor and is friendly and inviting, Coffee has been good when I’ve gone and the staff are friendly and helpful, however I’ve seen people waiting ages for food
