I think the improvements have made the shop less personal you have discontinued many items that I used to buy and now have to go to other supermarkets, also now you have raw fish opposite the cake section which is why I have stopped buying cakes and cheese as it makes me feel sick. I always come away with items you have run out of which is very inconvenient, if I can I try to shop at locksheath which is like chandlers ford before you improved it in your opinion not mine. Very unhappy shopper!😟

Very cold in store. Only able to buy one item. Hand dryer in gents toilet cut out and didn't work again. Bicycles in car park riding wrong way against the traffic.

Staff at Waitrose are excellent. I am disabled & in a wheelchair, unfortunately I need assistance when I go in, & the shop floor staff are always happy to help me, no matter how long it takes me to go round. Unfortunately the delivery service they offer in store, is to say the least VERY BAD. In my opinion, the managerial team, need to take a good look at it, as at the moment, as things stand, are letting the store down.
