At the moment it is the only supermarket in Hythe Village, until Lidl opens in about 18 months. Waitrose is a pleasant alternative to all the Tesco stores in the area and not much more expensive than Tesco either.

Member of staff helped me choose a birthday cake giving me time despite being obviously busy. I walk with a stick and she took the trouble to carry it to the till for me. Pleasant till lady ensured I had large enough bag for it and wished me a nice evening.  All in all great service.

Very over priced poor customer service. Dirty shelves with blood on wouldnt pass any hygiene inspection chap in suit smart but NO CONCERN for customers. Co op Tesco Morrisons all much better.
