I hate having to shop in here, some of the female staff are so unprofessional it's unreal, the staff are rude they are happy chatting with other staff and won't even stop to serve you, very lucky if you even get a thank you, whatever happened to good service to customers? I went in the store one evening to see the older lady actually wearing  her hello kitty pj's and dressing gown and  slippers serving behind the till, disgusting.!! Reduce chill foods are left on the grid of the fridge, the staff obviously don't know about the 20 min rule it's actually the law... Hate the place..
